    How long does it take to get a response?

    We respond to every genuine enquiry within 24 to 48 business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM IST. For partnership enquiries or product submissions with full details, we usually respond within one business day.

    I bought a product through your site and need a refund.

    TheViralKit is a review site. We do not sell products directly. Refunds, returns, and warranty claims are handled by the merchant who sold you the product. Find the merchant's contact details in your order confirmation email, or read our Refund Policy for help.

    How do I submit my product for a review?

    Select "Product Review" in the enquiry type and tell us about your product. Include category, price, link to product page, and why you think our readers would care. We do NOT accept paid placements. We buy and test products at our own discretion.

    Can I advertise on TheViralKit?

    Yes. We offer partnership opportunities including sponsored content (clearly labelled), display advertising, and product feature placements. Select "Partnership" in the enquiry type and share your goals, budget range, and product category.

    Can I republish or quote your content?

    You may quote short excerpts (under 100 words) with attribution and a link back to the source page. For full republication or commercial use, you need written permission. Contact us with the specific content and your intended use.
